We attempt to make the impossible happen!

A Lifestyle Manager or Personal Assistant who is committed to providing the utmost in service with extensive experience in multiple areas to fulfill tasks at hand. Characteristics include being highly detail oriented, tremendous organizational skills for planning and use of creative ideas to get things done in a timely and professional manner.

I have a Personal Assistant (PA) – why do I need you?
We are not here to challenge or remove the role of your PA; our mission is to support and enhance the role of your PA so their talents are dedicated to your daily business needs. Florida Concierge Service, LLC is an extension of your PA, to provide additional support while working, residing or vacationing in South Florida. We have the local resources and knowledge of the area that will make working, living and playing in South Florida more memorable and enjoyable.

Are you insured and bonded?
Florida Concierge Service, LLC is a registered business, insured and bonded to operate in the State of Florida.

What methods of payments are accepted?
Florida Concierge Service, LLC accepts the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, personal or company checks.

How much do you charge for your services?

Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?
No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges in addition to the hourly rate.

How will I know what the additional service charges are?
Florida Concierge Service, LLC will provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges within ten business days after completion of service.

How does it Work?
By Phone - Call 561-789-0902 and speak with a consultant.
Online - Fill out the client service request and submit online. Your future requests can be submitted by phone or email.

What Are Your Service Hours?
Florida Concierge Service, LLC is available to you 24/7. However, Florida Concierge Service’s business hours are 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Saturday and Sunday. Services requested outside of normal business hours and/or on holidays might be subject to additional premium(s). Florida Concierge Service’s local area includes the greater Palm Beach County, specializing in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. We would be happy to service our neighbors in nearby Broward County or Miami-Dade.
