FCS Concierge Pricing

Florida Concierge Service, LLC, offers a variety of services that are customizable to the needs of its individual clients and their properties. We would love to sit down with you and discuss how we may assist you. Contact a Florida Concierge Service representative to schedule a complimentary consultation and for a service price quote. Florida Concierge Service, LLC, requires pre-payment of both A La Carte Services and Packages offered which are good for one month. Service hours must be used within 30 days of purchase. Unused service hours will not be refunded or carried over.

Payment for services should be made to Florida Concierge Service, LLC which accepts the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, personal or company check. A fee of $50 will be charged for any and all returned checks.

A La Carte

You may choose our a la carte services for clients requesting just a few hours for a specific errand or service which start at $50.00 per hour. A purchase of a one hour minimum is required; billing will then be in fifteen minute increments. Fees are based on when we begin using our time for services requested. We request a minimum of twelve hours to complete a service request and will accommodate any request as quickly as possible.

Fees listed do not include any merchandise purchased, tolls, parking fees or any goods charged by a third party vendor related to a client request.

Packages

We offer discounted al a carte packages if you choose 5, 10 or 20 hours per month. This is a value-added savings for our clients who use our services on a regular basis.

“Orange Blossom” - 5 hours of service, receiving 5% discounted rate

“Royal Palm” - 10 hours of service, receiving 10% discounted rate

“Grand Hyacinth” - 20 hours of service, receiving 15% discounted rate

Confidentiality

Florida Concierge Service, LLC, will not at any time sell or exchange client information to outside sources.

Vendors will be provided with only the necessary information required to complete a client's requested task order.

Discretion will be strictly adhered to by Florida Concierge Service, LLC, and any employees.
